MepitacÂ® is highly conformable and easy to apply and remove. The Safetac layer assures secure fixation and gentle removal from skin and bodily hair. If inspection or repositioning is necessary, can be lifted and re-applied. It consists of soft silicone contact layer, conformable and easy to cut knitted fabric, and breathable and waterproof polyurethane film. Conforms well to body contours. Leaves no residue. Offers gentle skin protection when used under devices. Minimizes pain and trauma at dressing changes.
