- 2 non-stick silicone baking mats with mini-size macaron patterns. The big circles are 33mm in diameter. The small circles are 15mm in diameter, help center the piping bag. There are 53 cookie circles, making 53 macaron shells per sheet. The pattern has been designed with perfect spacing between cookie circles, not too close that the cookies end up sticking together when done. Not too far apart that you get only a few cookies per sheet.
