It folds to the size of a thin sweatshirt and takes up minimal space and weight in your bag. 26" x 36" x 3.5 mm thick: Please note this is shorter in length than a standard yoga mat. Carry strap included. The backing/bottom color of all mats is gray. Washing Instructions:

• Machine wash on gentle cycle with cold water. If you have a top loading machine with an agitator wash by hand.

• Wrap your mat in a bath towel and squeeze out excess water.

• Do not put your mat in a dryer.
