MotoGenius: the Valentino Rossi biography

This is the first English-language biography of Rossi. I wrote the book with the full co-operation of Rossi and his family; visiting his mum and dad in Italy and spending many hours chatting with VR in his London apartment, while Uccio snored on the sofa, recovering from another late night. It tells the story of his father, his upbringing and his career up to and including the 2005 season. I have been asked to update the book, which I may do in a couple of years. However, I would argue that the most important and interesting part of any biography are the early years, when the subject is being formed.
