ingredients : 500g of flour 00 ; 50g of starch; 150g icing sugar ; 100g butter ; 100g of margarine ; 1 egg ; 5 tablespoons of cream ; a packet of vanilla sugar ; a packet of yeast ; a pinch of salt.
