The second installment of My Other Baby Mama is filled with more lies, secrets, betrayal and drama. Ramsey, Cashmere and Baylynn try their best to maintain control of their lives before it goes downhill, but the more information they find out, the harder it becomes for them to make the right decisions. After being arrested for domestic abuse, drug possession and assaulting an officer, Ramsey faces the possibility of doing a long prison bid, but that doesn’t stop his family from being there for him. As he waits in prison for his court date, he adapts to his surroundings and with his cousin, Manny, in the same prison. It makes his situation that much easier to deal with, but when Manny finds out that the woman responsible for putting his cousin in jail is also his baby mama, finds himself in an awkward situation. Knowing that Ramsey wants the woman that put him behind bars dead, it’s up to Manny to protect the mother of his child. With Baylynn trying to cope with her new life, she is pleased when she finds out her plan to put Ramsey in jail was a success, but her victory was short lived. Learning that her best friend and Ramsey’s family knew that she was the one that set Ramsey up, Baylynn searches for a solution, but when she finds out that Manny and Ramsey are at the same prison together, she knows it’s only a matter of time before the rest of her thotful past is exposed. Devastated by the news of Ramsey’s arrest, Cashmere tries her best to keep her promise to the man she loves. As she deals with the stress of Ramsey being in prison, she also deals with the issues of her family. Building a strong bond with Tamia, they both learn that they have another sister and in order for them to find her, Cashmere has to talk to the people that abandoned her to get the story.
