The correct App (Veryfit for Heart Rate) has been downloaded from App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)

The software on your mobile device is updated. To check, tap Settings > General > Software Update(iOS) or Settings > About Phone or About Device > Android Version

The Bluetooth setting on your mobile device is on. To check, tap Settings > Bluetooth (iOS) or Settings > Connections > Bluetooth(Android) Note: Tracker will work only on Bluetooth 4.0 for Android 4.4 or IOS 7.1 and above
