NMC ST515 Accident Prevention Tag, "Fire Extinguisher Recharge and Inspection Record", 3" Width x 6" Height, Polytag, Black on White (Pack of 25)

The NMC ST515 accident prevention tag is made of PolyTag, a synthetic paper with a tensile strength of 3,400 psi, to help resist unauthorized removal, and can be used to display the last recharge and inspection date and the inspection history for a fire extinguisher. The front of the tag reads, "Fire Extinguisher Recharge & Inspection Record" followed by instructions for use with four types of fire extinguishers, and then a blank grid for writing recharge record data. The four types listed are carbon dioxide, dry chemical (cartridge type), dry chemical (stored pressure type), and pressurized water. The blank grid has four columns with headers that read "Date," "By," "Date," and "By," and continues on the back of the tag. A note on the front reads, "Attach this tag to fire extinguisher. Recharging and inspection records are to be entered by inspectors" to help describe the purpose of the tag. It includes a 3/8" diameter hole for fastening. The tag measures 6 x 3 inches (H x W). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right.)
