1.Support PCIe NVME M-Key M.2 SSD ONLY! It does NOT fit SATA-based NGFF M.2 SSD
2.Not fit disks with AHCI logical interface. Some of disk offered both AHCI and NVMe edition, for example: Samsung SM951. MZ-VPV5120 / 2560 will be supported ONLY!
3.Make sure your PC came with USB3.1 Gen2 port and drives was properly installed. Some PC came with USB C port which does not mean that is USB3.1 Gen2
4.Some NVMe may need to take off its heatsink to adapt to this enclosure. For example: Plextor M8Pe, M9PeG and some of XPG
5.It's normal condition, the case will heat up since NVMe disk produce a lot of heat
