You simply rotate the upper housing to balance the amount of air that gets discharged to atmosphere vs the amount that gets recirculated. This will allow you to have the classic loud Vent to Atmosphere sound, but still maintain good drive ability with the recirculate. NO STALLING & NO BACKFIRING!
