- OTC 6009 Cam Positioning Tool for select Ford engines - pair
- Designed to work in conjunction with OTC's 6020 Cam Positioning Tool to hold cams in correct position when servicing, preventing accidental timing changes which can cause severe engine damage
- Use with OTC's 6020 is mandatory for all applications (6020 provides the 'flats' needed to lock the camshaft in place) except for 1991 4.6L 2V V8's which require the 6009 tools only
- For use on select 1991 to 2012 Ford vehicles equipped with 4.6L and 5.4L V8, and 6.8L V10 engines - see product description below for a detailed list of applications
- Tool performs the same function as Ford No. 303-380 (T91P-6256-A)
Installs on camshaft to prevent it from moving. Needed for performing cam timing, installing a timing belt or performing valve train service. Similar to Ford tool part number T-91P-6256-A and global part number 303-380. Part: T91P-6256-A. Covers 1991-1998 Crown Victoria 4.6 liter 2V V8, 1997-1998 Econoline 4.6 liter and 5.4 liter V8, 6.8 liter, V10, 1997-1998 Expedition 5.4 Liter V8, 1997-1998 F-Series Truck 4.6 liter and 5.4 liter V8, 1998 Lincoln Navigator 5.4 liter V8, and 1991-1998 Grand Marquis 4.6 liter 2V V8.
