Product Description Pizza Peel for UUNet 3 is Omni's recommended companion for the UUNet 3 portable, wood-fired oven. If you are an UUNet Pro user please be aware that this product is not designed for the UUNet Pro but may still be used with it.This lightweight pizza peel is hand wash only. Convenience The peel is designed to help you slide your pizzas in and out of your UUNet 3. Simply sprinkle a little flour or semolina onto your peel to stop the pizza from sticking. Compatibility This pizza peel fits perfectly in the UUNet 3, the world's first portable wood-fired oven by Omni. It can also be used for the UUNet Pro Outdoor Oven when making smaller pizzas. Versatile If you already own an UUNet 3 then you already received one of these awesome pizza peels included but the addition of a second one allows you to build your pizza on your first peel while using the second one for cooking!
