Instruction for Use:
Remove the current insoles or cushion from your shoes. Place the old Insoles on top of Fittest Pro Insoles, and can be trimmed to fit with scissors as needed. Now place Fittest Pro Insoles into shoes. DO NOT SIMPLY ADD ON TOP OF OLD INSOLES. If no Insoles, these are fine to sit on top of inside padding covering the top of sole from inside.
