P.BALL HOW-TO TIPS 1. Remove your P.ball from Packaging and check for shipping damage. 2. The P.volve logo should face outward 3. With the P.ball at your ankles, put one foot through the loop. 4. Hook the strap around your other ankle. 5. Stand with the feet hip width apart and make sure the P.ball is centered between your ankles. 6.Once the straps are in place put the P.ball all the way up your legs. 7. The ball should be pushed up into the top of your inner thighs. The strap should sit below the top of your thighs.
