The Paderno World-Cuisine drum grater is an effective tool for grating and slicing vegetables, cheese, nuts, chocolate, and a wide varie-
ty of other ingredients. The grater is constructed of BPA-free, ABS plastic and includes three stainless steel drums. A strong suctioning
base holds the grater in place during use and is engaged by sliding the lock around the middle of the body. The angled design allows gra-
ted and sliced food to dispel quickly from the grater and onto a tray or plate below. The grater makes the task of grating blocks of cheese
quick and effortless!

Simple to use:
After following the easy assembly instructions provided with the grater, select a drum and food product. Insert the drum into the grater
housing and rotate the knob on the back of the unit to secure drum in place. Secure the grater to the counter by rotating the locking me-
chanism around the middle of the unit. Load pieces of your desired product into the top of the grater and use the included food pusher
to press down. Rotate the handle while pressing with the food pusher to begin grating/slicing.
