(AVAILABLE NOW) The first reworking of the classic Ohio Players debut in 15 years upgraded from the original master tapes. This is the album that established the band's trademark sound of bouncing piano grooves and includes their breakthrough hit 'Pain.' This would be the start of a near 20-year chart career that would see them score nearly 30 hits including the number 1s 'Funky Worm' and 'Love Rollercoaster.' Includes for the first time every track from the demo session that earned them their recording contract. Of these tracks two have appeared on the Westbound LP "Climax," one on a BGP compilation and two appear for the first time, and one other was only previously issued on a rare single. The booklet includes in-depth sleeve notes and a full colour 12-page booklet.
