- Pantenger Organic Genmaicha Green tea can be fresh and delicate or extremely bitter. Using the right water temperature (170ºF to 180ºF) will extract the tea leaves’ sweet soluble components such as theanine.
- Japanese Green tea realize its soluble components fast. Do not infuse for more than 2 minutes.
