- Organic Papua New Guinea has cupping notes of dark chocolate, candied walnut, spices, and black currant. An Indonesian fan favorite, our Papua New Guinea is sweet and rich with a creamy mouthfeel and a clean finish.
- Ingredients: Organic 100% Arabica coffee. Certified Orthodox Union (OU) Kosher. Available whole bean or pre-ground. Approved for use in standard drip coffee makers as well as espresso machines, automatics, pour overs, Aeropress, French press, moka pot, and percolators.
- For best taste in counter top coffee makers, we recommend starting with 1-2 tbsp (5-10g) of ground coffee per 6 fl oz (180ml) of cold filtered water and adjusting to your taste. Keep your fresh roasted coffee at its freshest by storing in its zip-seal bag or an airtight container in a cool, dark, dry place.

Coffee Storage
Coffee has four age old enemies; heat, light, air and moisture. The way coffee is stored is essential to keeping it fresh and ready to enjoy. Storing coffee in conditions that expose it to these elements will allow for the coffee to lose its flavor rapidly. Coffee should be stored in an airtight container. We suggest either a glass, metal or ceramic version. Coffee should not be stored in the freezer, contrary to popular belief, as it leads to moisture extracting the flavor of the coffee. Coffee beans are porous and will also absorb unwanted flavors from your freezer.
