Artist Arynda Ravelle is living what appears to be a charmed life. She lives in a large old home in Magnolia Forest, a small town on the outskirts of Charleston, South Carolina. She is also engaged to a handsome, rich man by the name of Lucas Tolliver. Her dream career is all that she ever hoped it would be and she is quite successful at it. Currently, she is planning a new show at her favorite gallery called Full Moon Mysteries. It will consist of thirteen paintings of the monthly Full Moons plus the Blue Moon and the activities that happen during those nights.
One of the ways that she paints is through the use of photographs that she takes. It is on one of her nightly photography expeditions that she is attacked as she makes her way through the forest capturing the Full Moon in various locations. Her attacker pushes her to the forest floor where she hits her head on a rock. The last thing she remembers is a magnificent silver grey wolf with ice blue eyes standing by her prone body, watching her.
When she awakes later, she finds herself in the cabin of a strange man. He tells her his name is Silas Winter and that he found her in the forest. Arynda finds the man to be gorgeous, generous and kind. There is no way for her to know that Silas is carrying a secret so dangerous that can easily turn deadly.
It may not actually matter that much in the end for Arynda may have been rescued from certain death, but she has absolutely no memory of who she is or anything else in her life. The worst part is that if she doesnâ€™t remember soon, her life might still be in danger. And time is running out.
