- We are proud to present to you the highest quality Pectin Powder Rapid set. It is ideal for making your homemade jams, marmalades & fruit jellies. Just add to fruits and sugar. Our Pectin will provide a high gel strength, excellent flavour release & a slow setting. Applications: Add to fresh fruits and berries to produce jams, marmalades and chutneys. Create heat resistant jellies, so they can be served on hot dishes. Use to thicken liquids.
- Recommended for spreadable high sugar jams and fruit preparations for dairy Directions: For jam, marmalade and fruit preparations use 2.5g – 5g per 1 kg of fruit. For fruit spread and other fruit preparations use 2.5g – 6g per kg of fruit.
- For best results use the indicated amount of Pectin in your recipe. To add Pectin, mix with some of the sugar you will be using in the recipe then add both gradually to your fruit mix and mix well.
