• We will use the information you provide to meet the design shown in the picture. For example if you provide the date 01/01/16 and the picture shows "JUNE 1, 2016" We will then engrave "01/01/16" as "JANUARY 1, 2016" - To make changes to this, please contact us before ordering
• Please double check your spelling when entering information, we are not always able to catch spelling errors especially with names. If we think we have found an error with the text you have provided, we will attempt to contact you in a timely manner

If you would like to make major changes to the design, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to accommodate your request to the best of our ability.

Please note that due to the nature of laser engraving and the naturally occurring properties of bamboo, the engraving on your board may have slight variation in lightness and darkness as well as the board itself. Bamboo also has knots in it (as seen in the images) which are NOT removed through engraving, they will still appear within the engraving but should have no effect on the quality of the engraving itself.
