The surface of each stone is not polished and will exhibit surface irregularities such as cracks, fissures, bumps, and other marks that are contained in the natural stone. Since each stone is irregular in shape the size will also vary but be about 5" tall x 7" wide x 1.75" thick. We can also process custom orders that are larger in size and contain more thoughts or memories about your pet or loved one. If you would like expedited production, select "expedited delivery" and we will ship within 4 days of order receipt. Product Warranty: These are irregularly shaped, one-of-a-kind stones and each one varies in size, shape, color and texture. We make every stone with the utmost care to create a lasting memory. Once an order is place, we begin the production process. Since each item is one-of-a-kind, we cannot reuse any part of a memorial that is in production, so no order cancellations are accepted once production is started. If we do not reproduce the customization information that you entered during the sales process, just email us with an "as-received" photo and we will reproduce it and ship a replacement stone to you at no charge.
