- Fits Polygem LCR Liquid Concrete Repair Epoxy Injection Cartridge nozzle
- Affix to surface of crack to provide for injection of LCR Epoxy
- Use LCR Epoxy Repair Paste to secure port to the surface of the crack
- The base of each port has holes which allow LCR Epoxy Repair Paste to hold securely against surface when cured
- When mounting, take care not to block hole at port's base where it straddles the wall crack
- Always use eye and hand protection while mixing Epoxy Repair Paste and injecting LCR Injection Epoxy
- Follow all directions carefully including cure time for Epoxy Repair Paste (12-24 hours) before injection liquid epoxy

- Upon completion of project, ports can be removed by striking with hammer
