This sauce allows for quick and easy preparation of a delicious Pad Thai. If you don't have the time or energy to make Pad Thai from scratch, just soak some Chantaboon rice stick noodles in warm (hot to the touch) water for about an hour or so depending on your preference. While the noodles are soaking heat some vegetable oil in a wok, add shallots and cook until aromatic, add meat of your choice (shrimp, chicken, etc) and cook. Add rice noodles, add 2-3 tablespoons of water, and add 1/2 cup pad Thai sauce. Stir together and push to one side of wok. Crack an egg and scramble it in the wok, then mix the cooked egg with the other ingredients. Add other ingredients as you prefer (tofu, chives, crushed peanuts, etc).
