The switch of our juicer is designed with a magnetic sensor. There are 3 small magnetic cores underneath the cup body. The small magnetic core must be in the right position to make the machine work. That is to say, the red triangle pattern, the label under the cup should be in the corresponding position of the switch. Important Using Tips: Cut the fruits into thin slices.( The size, 1.5 * 1.5CM, would be the best.) Add water or milk. Turn over the juicer for 45 degree or 180 degree to release the cutter head. Press the switch button and wait until the cutter head rotates, then adjust it back to the right position. The taste of your juice will be effected by the stirring time. It will be a normal phenomenon if you start to make a cup of juice For the first time, the juicer might be stuck for 2-3 time. However, it will not happen again if you find the ways. 1. Please make sure the machine is fully charged before use. Cut the fruits into 1.5*1.5CM or small thin pieces, remove the cores, hard thick fruit skin or hard shell.
2. Add water or milk and put appropriate amount of fruit slices into the juicer, turn over the juicer, press the switch button to make it work for a while, make the juicer back to the right position for juicing.
3. It is a normal phenomenon that juicer stop working. You can restart it. To get the best result, we advise you to shake the juicer during operating.
