The filter can be found in the 'ball' of the machine, so we need to take off the door to get to it. This filter is washable and we recommend you wash it at least every three months. Rinse it under the sink about ten times and then leave it to dry for 24-48 hours. Please make sure that this is filter is completely dry before you put it back in your vacuum as you don't want any moisture getting in the vacuum's motor.
