Our beef is raised, aged, and butchered the traditional way, each steak is hand cut and trimmed – one at a time
Our focus is simple and narrow: Produce the absolute highest quality humanely raised, antibiotic free, hormone free beef available
Fill your freezer with Nebraska Star Beef's Tri-Tip, which comes from the sirloin region of the beef so it is much more like a steak than a roast in terms of tenderness and texture. These Tri-Tips are 100% premium Angus beef that has never been administered antibiotics or growth hormones. Weight averages around 2.5 lbs per roast.
Hand Cut and Trimmed Our steaks are hand cut and trimmed by old fashion butchers in small-town Nebraska. Aged 35 days minimum to make sure every steak is tender and full of flavor.
