Sharpening steps:
âž¤Put the grindstone in water for 5 minutes.
âž¤For blunt knives, firstly sharpen with #1000 surface, then using #6000.
âž¤When grinding, hold the knife at 10 - 30 degrees, then grind with a small force on the surface of stone back and forth until the tool is sharp. Relatively sharp knife can be directly used on #6000 surface.
âž¤Use a damp cloth or water to rinse grindstone and cutter, then dry water and stored in a well ventilated place.

Warm tips:
1.Please don't scrape slurry when grinding as it helps sharpen more sharp.
2. Do not only sharpen in middle of stone, please make full use of the surface.
3. Don't sharpen a serrated knife and a ceramic knife hone.
