This Prep Works by Progressive Perfect Wedge 6 blade slicer quickly cuts small fruits and vegetables into 6 even wedges in seconds. The V-shaped stainless-steel blades and plunger keep your foods centered and even while cutting. The blades are enclosed inside the tube, making it a safe way to prepare fruits and veggies. It takes minimum hand strength to operate and can be used by pushing the food item through the tube or by setting food item on the plunger and pushing the tube down over it. This slicer is ideal for potatoes, carrots, zucchini, cucumber, mushrooms, strawberries and Brussels sprouts. It is designed to be used on the countertop and has a non-skid base for secure slicing.
