This journal also comes in a PERSONAL PROGRESS EDITION. THIS JOURNAL AND THE 2016 MUTUAL THEME: This journal will help your young women make the 2016 LDS Mutual Theme (2 Nephi 31:20) a central part of their every day lives. At the front of the journal they can ponder and write about the mutual theme. Then, every month they will focus on a different part of the theme. For example, in January they will focus on “pressing forward with a steadfastness in Christ.†Then every day they will write about something they did to do “press forward with a steadfastness in Christ†and make a goal for the next day. In February they will focus on “pressing forward with a perfect brightness of hope,†and so on changing an area to focus on each month. THIS JOURNAL AND TOPICAL STUDY Each Sunday your young women can study important Gospel topics. This is a great way to help them grow in Gospel knowledge! During the week they can read their scriptures book-by-book, and on Sundays they can focus on an important topic! There is a topic on the top of each page, and your young women can use the scriptures, True to the Faith, For the Strength of Youth, Preach My Gospel, lds.org, and other reliable sources to fill the page with important doctrines and principles, diagrams, descriptions, etc. * These topics coincide with the Come Follow Me Curriculum topics as well as the Seminary Basic Doctrines. THIS JOURNAL AND SUNDAY NOTES Your young women can take this journal with them to church each Sunday and take notes in Sacrament Meeting and their Sunday classes. What a wonderful day to retain and record the wonderful things they are learning!
