- For use on vertical sliding windows constructed of wood, vinyl and aluminum
- These locks mount on the check (or “meeting”) rails of single and double hung sash where their checkrails rest flush when closed
- Replacing loose-fitting, worn, or missing sash locks can help restore and increase the safety and security of the home or office
- Features cam-type locking mechanism designed to grab and pull the keeper and meeting rails firmly together, providing tighter seals and increased security
- The lock body has mounting holes that are spaced apart at 2-1/4 inch, on center
- Constructed of diecast zinc and comes in a white-painted finish
- Included with each package are one lock body, one keeper, installation fasteners and simple instructions
- Both the locks and keepers can be installed with a simple handheld Phillips screwdriver
