Dominic Casey was the first private investigator for the defense and, the only investigator for Casey Anthony (individually) and her familyâ€™s interest.
Because of attorney misconduct, Casey Anthony was able to pursue a Fraudulent Defense, Indigency and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. There was no defense fund!!
In a deposition with the State Attorney on Monday March 28, 2011 at 2:14pm. the defense foolishly waived privilege with me and for the sole purpose of implicating me, accusing George Anthony and Roy Kronk for the disposal of Caylee Marie Anthonyâ€™s body.
This case was not about forensics-it was about common sense. In the afternoon of Monday June 16, 2008 Casey Anthony murdered Caylee in the familyâ€™s back yard, above ground pool. She left the residence with Cayleeâ€™s body hidden in the trunk of her car where it remained for the next four days.
Five days later, Casey dumped Cayleeâ€™s body down inside of an overgrown, swampy lot amongst bags of garbage and debris.
