Basically a miter box to plug cut baits with. You get consistent, perfect compound angle cuts when using a plug cutter. There are three basic variables to controlling the roll of your bait, the boat or current speed, the placement of your top hook and the angle of your cut. With a plug cutter you get a consistent compound angle on every cut, so you have removed one variable from the equation. The angle of cut with the Pro-Cure Killer Cutter creates the perfect roll. It's been on the market since 1988 and is top quality aircraft grade aluminum. Built to last a lifetime it is wide enough to take a large black label herring and the permanently fitted UMHW plastic insert will never dull your knives.
