- ◇ Function --- The pneumatic vacuum coolant filler first uses the shop air to pump the cooling system and form a vacuum, and then pumps the coolant into the cooling system. Adding coolant under vacuum will not cause large air pockets and avoid engine deformation or other damage. Normally, it takes 5-10 minutes to fill the coolant, depending on the size of the tank.
- ◇ Widely Usage --- The antifreeze refill tool includes a 32mm OD rubber adapter and 3 sizes of adapter sleeves (45mm, 40mm and 35mm OD) for most types of vehicles. The adapter sleeve fits over the adapter of the refill tool and then replaces the radiator cap to seal the cooling system to aid in radiator cleaning and coolant refill.
- ◇ Water Tank Coolant Vacuum Refill --- High quality aluminum manifold body with brass fittings, corrosion resistant and durable. The index range of the gauge is -30~0inHg (-76~0cmHg), usually -25~20inHg is the correct time to add coolant. Tee fitting is used for vacuuming and coolant filling hose is used for filling coolant.
- ◇ Accessories --- There are two styles of air plugs in the box for you to choose from, the European style air plug and the American style air plug (pre-installed on the coolant fill tool). The coolant system cleaning and filling tool also includes a 60" long coolant fill hose, and a 23" long splash proof air bleed hose that is clear for easy viewing and comes with corrosion resistant and durable brass fittings.
