Our Essential Lemon Oil is produced with a cold pressed technique that uses a mechanical procedure, no heat is applied. The peels of a variety of Lemons are pressed, then using a centrifuge the water and oil are separated and then filtered. We simply add 5% of a plant based surfactant in order to allow the oil and water to mix when creating your homemade recipes.
