1.) There are 14 stars to represent the 14th amendment, the clause of the constitution RBG protected the most. The 14th Amendment gives equal protection of the law to all citizens. The stars are red white and blue because RBG is an American Patriot.

2.) Some of the stars are Jewish stars, as RBG is very proud of her Jewish heritage.
