REP FITNESS Basic Barbell – 2” Olympic Plates, 700 lb Capacity
This bar is perfect for anyone just starting a training program, or looking to perform basic movements. Medium depth knurling gives you a good enough grip for deadlifting, bench pressing, etc, without tearing up your hands. Center knurl is ideal for one-handed exercises or back squats, to prevent the bar from slipping. This bar is NOT intended for Olympic Weightlifting. If you plan on training snatches or clean and jerks, we recommend looking at either our Rep Sabre barbell or Rep Gladiator barbell.
