- Nozzle temperature: 290-310℃
- Bed temperature: 65-80℃
- Printing speed: 30-120 mm/s with cooling fan OFF
- Drying temperature: 80-100°C for 4 to 6 hours
- Abrasion of the brass nozzle happens frequently when printing PPA CF. Using abrasion resistance nozzle, as hardened steel and above grade nozzle is highly recommended.
- After printing, it is recommended to anneal the model with support material in an oven at 80-100°C for 8 to 12 hours to improve mechanical property and dimensional accuracy.
