Digitally remastered and expanded three disc (two CDs + NTSC/Region 0 DVD) edition of this 1993 album from the Pop princess. Real was Belinda's fifth solo album and features the singles 'Big Scary Animal' and 'Lay Down Your Arms'. Many of the songs were co-written with Charlotte Caffey of the Go-Gos, with production by Ralph Schuckett, who had worked with Carole King, Todd Rundgren and many others. This casebound book edition features the 7' edits, two mixes by the Dyme Brothers, six demos, three songs recorded for a later compilation, and three live tracks. The DVD features a May 2013 interview in which DJ Mark Goodier talks to Belinda about the making of the album. Also included are the promo videos made to accompany the singles. The book contains brand new annotation based on 2013 interviews with Belinda and Ralph Schuckett, along with all the lyrics, and many photos from Belinda's own collection.
