The Sciatic Knee Brace fits around a knee / upper calf circumference of 12 inches at the smallest, and up to 14 inches at the widest. It is made of stretch fabric and has an adjustable strap.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
STEP 1: br> Pull the brace onto the leg just under the kneecap. The pressure pad should then be on the outside outer edge of the calf muscle.
STEP 2: With the brace in the proper position, pull the strap through the loop fitting, pulling firmly forward across the front. Make sure that there is firm-strong pressure from the pressure pad on your outside outer edge of the calf muscle. The brace should feel tight, but not uncomfortably tight.
STEP 3: After tightening, if pressure pad is not on the outside outer edge of the calf muscle, adjust accordingly.
STEP 4: Wear the brace 2 hours at a time initially. If it remains comfortable, the brace can be worn for longer periods as needed. Wearing wraps on both legs at the same time is not recommended.
