Your desired CO2 level is determined by the species of fish or plants that you have in your tank. A general estimate is 1 bubble per second. How does the CO2 regulator work?
Made of durable, transparent BPA-free plastic, the Rhinox DIY CO2 Bubble Counter simply connects to the tubing in your CO2 diffuser and is then placed onto the outside of your tank using the included suction cup. The 2" x 1" x 0.8" bubble counter should be filled with water to just under the solid black indicator line. CO2 gas in the water creates bubbles which show up in the clear bubble counter, giving you a visual indicator of the CO2 level in your aquarium water.
