• Here's How It Works: 
• The Ride N Remind System is automatically activated any time a rear door is opened shortly before turning on the ignition, or while the vehicle is running. Upon turning off the vehicle,  a distinctive chime reminds you to check the back seat. To deactivate the chime, an inside button conveniently located near the rear door must be pressed. If the chime is not responded to within less than 40 seconds, your car's horn will alert you or passersby with a loud continuous SOS signal.
