This is perfect, cut the spiral to the width you need, thread onto the ring and submerge for a minute or so in a cup of boiling water (make sure you don't burn yourself) leave for further two minutes and you have a perfect fit. The spiral has changed into a a whitish opaque smooth mass you don't feel at all. If you want to remoe the "snuggy" just slice open, carefully, with a Stanley type knife and peel off. As I said before, perfect! Just bought another pack to have enough for the future."
