Delicate and versatile, this dip turns to a sweet, honey glaze that is perfect for Cornish hens. An even sweeter influence on roasted sweet potatoes or as a condiment on a panini sandwich with a combination of clover honey, vinegar, and red raspberries.

Suggested Uses: Excellent paired with salty pretzels, Blend into your favorite chicken salad, Simmer with roast beef in a slow cooker, Combine with mayo for a tangy sandwich condiment, Glaze for baked chicken breasts. Baste or marinate on pork, chicken, shrimp, and salmon. Use as a dip for pretzels, egg rolls, chicken or sushi. Warm mustard with a small amount of olive oil and top steamed vegetables.
