In the near future and after bombs destroy the nations of the world, the human race revert back to feral savages, forming in packs which war upon one another over the scraps left behind by civilization. Leaving the troubles of his life in California behind him, Roc crosses over the dangerous Sierra-Nevada Mountains, seeking a better future for himself in the Nevada desert. Happening upon a dying man, Roc receives a silver ring and is told of a certain friend, a man named Hacksaw Joe, who has guns and owes the dying man a favor. For a wanderer like Roc, a drifter who lives by counting the white dividing lines down the center of the road, this silver ring gives him direction. Roc then sets out on a quest to find this mysterious Hacksaw Joe and give him the news of his friend's untimely death.

Roc's quest will take him from northern Nevada, all the way down to the ruined Las Vegas Strip, but things along the way become increasingly complicated for our horny hero. First, there is a tasty little sexpot named Slut Puppy, who takes his breath way, and it's not just because she's manning a glory hole either. Then, there is the sexy cowgirl, Chipper, a blonde bombshell of a bounty hunter, who is chasing him down for something he stole, but Roc is no thief. Things get wild after that with Meat Slave... yes, I said Meat Slave, a mutant fox-woman named Frisky, and space aliens! Wait, space aliens? Well, maybe not space aliens, but I guarantee Roc does find love in all this.
