Our Thick Rolled Oats are ready to eat as is, or can be cooked into a cereal. Rolled Oats have been steamed and dehusked, and then rolled into flat oat flakes. - Preparation: Boil 2 cups of water, and add 1 cup of Thick Rolled Oats, plus 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of salt if desired. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 12 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
