But her time in Lincoln's mansion isn't over. The day the story breaks, he invites her back in secret, and she joins him once more out of the public eye. Night after night she returns, and soon the full story is revealed, and she begins to feel something she's never quite felt before.

But it's a risk, and she knows it, and if their secret rendezvous ever got out, the press would hail it a scandal. Yet Sophie doesn't care, caught in Lincoln's web as she is, unable to see beyond his gorgeous smile and mysterious eyes.

But all good things are always destined to come to an end, and soon Sophie's entire world will be flipped on its head once more...
