- Selected Hokkaido scallops, South American fish maw, delicious natural moral mushrooms, natural cordyceps flower, Dioscorea Slice（huaishan） and red dates.
- Royal Seafood USA selected from high quality Fish Maw Moral Mushroom Soup.
- Prepare the ingredients and wash them thoroughly. Soak the huaishan, cordyceps flower, and moral mushrooms in warm water for 30 minutes in advance.
- Bring water to a boil, add the pork ribs and cooking wine, blanch them briefly. Trim the roots of the soaked cordyceps flower. Put the prepared ingredients, soaked fish maw, and water into a pot and stew for 1 hour (do not add the cordyceps flower yet).
- After 1 hour, add the cordyceps flower and continue stewing for 30 minutes. Season with salt to taste before serving.
