This sling includes reinforced nylon straps with installed metal D-rings so you can simply slip the sling around the belly and loop one handle through the other to hold the calf snugly. We recommend a second set of hands and having the calf dried off before use. It is made of nylon material that will not rot or deteriorate and is heavy-duty yet lightweight enough to not add much weight to your scale.
