What is Magnesium Oil?

Magnesium oil is not really an "oil". It is a solution of Magnesium Chloride and trace minerals suspended in a liquid (usually water, but ours is Organic Aloe).

Most people have a magnesium deficiency.

The deficiency is thought to be so widespread that at least 3 in 4 adults need to increase their intake. It is truly difficult to get enough magnesium from food alone, so often supplementation is necessary.

Why Transdermal Magnesium?

Applying Magnesium Oil directly to the skin is called "transdermal" application, which offers a safe, and, experts say, the most effective way to supplement magnesium levels in your body. Can I Get Too Much Magnesium?

There are almost no precautions with regard to the amount of magnesium received via transdermal magnesium supplementation. For most people (without kidney disorders), the skin automatically regulates safe intake so you can't get "too much".
